Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. The Boot Up Fashion Ltd. competition to win a Dorinha Jeans Wear clothing makeover, (the "Competition") runs from 16 February 2010 until midnight GMT 31 May 2010* (the "Competition Closing Date"). All correct entries, or otherwise, after this time & date will be void.

2. The Competition is open to all UK residents only for the duration of the Competition but excludes any family members, employees or agents of Boot Up Fashion Ltd. Entrants under the age of sixteeen (16) should request permission from their Parent(s) or Guardian(s) BEFORE entering the competition.

3. All parts of our on-line entry form MUST be completed. Boot Up Fashion Ltd. accepts no responsibility whatsoever for lost, misdirected or corrupted on-line entries. Failure to complete all parts of the on-line form will invalidate your entry.

4. A draw will take place within ten (10) working days after the Competition Closing Date. A single entry will be chosen at random from all the CORRECT entries received. The winning entrant will receive a single pair of jeans (the style of their choice*), a single top of their choice* (this does not include denim jackets, but DOES include hooded tops), a pair of DJW panites from our Sassy collection*, a surprise gift and a DJW day bag (the gift and day bag choice will be the choice of Boot Up Fashion Limited).

* Please note: Winning entrants' choice is subject to stock availability at the time of the Draw.

5. NO PURCHASE is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the duration of the Competition. Odds of winning will be dependent upon the number of entries received prior to the Competition Closing Date. No entries will be accepted other than those outlined in 2 & 3 above.

6. All Prizes are non-transferrable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. At the end of the Competition, Boot Up Fashion Ltd. shall attempt to contact the winner telephone or email within ten (10) working days of the Competition Closing Date.

8. By entering the Competition, each entrant accepts these Competition rules, terms & conditions, which are subject to change without reason or individual notification. Any changes to the Competition rules, terms or conditions will be posted here only. By entering the Competition, each entrant releases Boot Up Fashion Ltd. and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Competition, their respective family members, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising in connection with the Competition, including, without limitation, the selection of the potential winner and the administration of the Competition.

9. The decisions of the Competition judges are final. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant(s).

10. If any term or provision of these Rules, Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Rules, Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

11. These Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. By entering the Competition you agree to be contacted by Boot Up Fashion Ltd. from time to time in connection with future Competitions & promotions by Boot Up Fashion Ltd. and with notification of new styles and stock items. 13. By entering the Competition, the winning entrant agrees to allow Boot Up Fashion Limited to publish their First Name, Last Name and a location on this website unless otherwise requested by the winning entrant in writing.
