Returns & Exchanges Special Notices None at this time Returns and Exchanges Policy It's OK to change your mind - Boot Up Fashion Limited will gladly accept refunds and exchanges* We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to change your mind, Boot Up Fashion Limited will gladly accept refunds and exchanges for up to 14 days from the delivery date, providing that the item(s) are returned: 1. with the original receipt Please also read our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale EXCHANGES - When exchanging an item(s), please contact us first by email or phone to ensure that we have your exchange item(s) available; we can then put the item(s) into reserve for you. Please include a note with your exchange item indicating the replacement item(s) required, including the style number, color and size. Refunds and exchanges are processed when the item(s) are received. Please ensure you return item(s), preferably via a traceable postal means and please be sure to check that the insured value is equal to or greater than the original purchase price of the item(s). Always request a Certificate of Posting from your Post Office and keep your receipt postal receipt somewhere safe. Boot Up Fashion Limited accept no liability for refund / exchange items lost or damaged in the post. Refunds are given for the original price of the item(s) that is indicated on your receipt. IMPORTANT: Return Postage and Packaging fees are non-refundable - This does NOT affect your statutory rights. Return postage costs are to be paid by the Customer - All return packages must be sent pre-paid - We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. We reserve the right to only refund return postage costs where deemed appropriate and fair and at our discretion REFUNDS WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPT: If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, a refund will be issued for the item's current or most recent sale price. If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please contact us. If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, please follow the instructions for returns or exchanges. Gift returns will be refunded via cheque to the gift recipient. * Subject to product availability. Where a product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative.
